Shipping:
We charge a flat $300 worldwide shipping fee. Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Each order includes a soft travel bag and tracking details.
Import Fees :
Due to recent tariff adjustments, some customers may be asked to pay additional import duties or fees upon delivery.
- If this happens, you may pay the fee (we’ll refund up to $100 — just email us a copy of the receipt), or
- Refuse delivery, and we’ll issue a full product refund (excluding the $300 shipping cost). We’ll cover the return shipping.
Returns:
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and the customer is responsible for outbound and return shipping costs.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please email clear photos of the damage within a few days of delivery.
